you are interested in breastfeeding, La Leche League (LLL) of Shark River Hills welcomes you! LLL meetings offer a unique opportunity for
you to learn more about this natural way of nurturing your baby.
LLL Leaders are experienced nursing mothers accredited by La Leche League International and are well-prepared to answer your questions. Our discussion-style meetings are informal, where we share first-hand accounts of breastfeeding and offer practical breastfeeding & child-rearing tips in a supportive environment.
Each parent is always welcome to bring her children, including toddlers or older siblings of a breastfeeding baby. If any one in the family shows signs of illness, please stay home.
The Shark River Hills Group holds monthly Series Meetings the third Friday of the month at a leader's home. We begin at 10:00 AM. Meetings usually run until Noon. Meetings have resumed since the suspension of them due to Covid. Email, text, or call to find out where to join us to get support as well as to give support to others.
